Tea Tuesday: The Erika

It’s no secret that we have some of the best baristas in Phoenix. That’s where our baristas really […]

Italian Soda-licious

Grape Italian Soda with CreamItalian sodas–those delicious, colorful, bubbly concoctions are just the non-coffee treat you need this summer. We have a variety of flavors from which to choose, including sugar free. (Check out our flavors here.)

Never tried an Italian soda? Well, you’re in for a treat. We think they’re delicious, if we do say so ourselves.

A little history: Despite the name, Italian sodas were developed in San Francisco, California. Modeled after the American soda, they offer a larger selection of flavored syrups that are added by hand to club soda and topped with cream (optional). Yum!

Copper Star Coffee is located in Central Phoenix. We are a neighborhood coffee shop with an eclectic menu selection. Our drink menu encompasses everything from freshly brewed coffee and tea to Italian sodas. The food menu has something for everyone. So whether you’re gluten free, vegan/vegetarian or a bacon loving meat eater, we’ve got your vibe.
